What is included in the rental?
Cleaning and laundry are included in your rental rates and will be deducted from your invoice.

Is there a deposit required?
We regret that we must ask for a returnable deposit of £200 for keys and to cover any damages.
What / When do I pay?
A 25% deposit is required upon initial booking, the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
Can you tell me more about the Villa?
The villa is detached and has a floor rea of approximately 110 square metres.
It is located in a mountain village and offers family accommodation that is away from main towns, we consider a car essential. The villa is air-conditioned. the mountain air provides a summer that does not habve the high humidity often found on the coast. We believe Del Olivo offers a holiday that will be relaxing and, hopefully stress free.
General fitings include the following:-
Refrigerator, freezer, oven, grill, hob, washing machine, 3 bedrooms, t.v., radio, cd player, tape player, video player, barbecue, swimming pool.
Is the villa accessible for wheelchairs?
We regret that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or the infirm.
What activities area available in the area?
The villa is within easy reach of several golf courses, the nearest being Altoreal in Molina de Segura. This is at prsent, quieter than the courses near the coast and is therefore easier to book. Full details are in the villa. There are some beautiful walks, to suit all abilities, from the villa or you can drive up into the mountains to one of the National Parks. The stunning scenery and the ever-changing light makes the area ideal for artists.
Can you recommend a car rental company?
We can recommend car hire from Luz cars. We use them ourselves and have found them to be very reliable and the car can be collected and left at the airport. Please mention Benvale when booking.
