  The villa has three double bedrooms - one with an en suite
bathroom while the others share a bathroom and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven
fridge/freezer, extractor fan and a good range of
cupboards, including a fitted ironing board. The utility
room has a washing machine and houses the electric boiler.
All rooms have beamed ceilings. Outside, the garden features
a mosaic swimming pool which is tiled all round, with steps
down at the shallow end. There is a seating area for soaking
up the sun or those al-fresco barbecue meals. The balcony faces west and the beautiful sunsets over the mountains are a delight.
Our Prices include:-
1) Accommodation, as confirmed for the people on the booking form, including all local taxes,
gas, water, electricity, service charges and swimming pool maintenance (where applicable).
2) Bed linen, towels and tea towels (we regret that we are unable to supply towels for use
in the swimming pool) and weekly laundering of household items.
3) Cleaning of the villa before your arrival and on
your departure. However we would ask you to leave the villa in good order.
 
Our prices do not include:-
1) Holiday insurance, which is essential.
2) Transportation to and from the accommodation.
